Just an Idea, is Epicor out there?

Some days I receive as many as 100 e mail messages, that includes suppliers,
onelist, internal etc. I would hate to see the "techie" information go
somewhere else. If I think the techie info is helpful or interesting I
forward it to our IS service.

Dan - I agree for the most part, but the "techies" (I'm not one myself, and
no disrespect intended) tend to be the ones with the most knowledge of the
system itself, and separate lists might drive them to contribute less to the
"Vantage" issues list. I've found that, as far as the technical threads go,
I can eliminate a lot of the clutter just by browsing subject lines.

Just my two cents,

I receive about 65-70 messages per day
have to review each one in case there is something of interest or that I can
feed back to fellow subscribers, but the majority of the items are
technically related.

Is it possible to have sub groups for technical issues and
administrative/enhancement issues? and would anyone else see value in this
categorization?
