I see that Kinetic 2022.2 is available for download today and was going to install on our development server. My dev server is currently on 2022.1.10. Do I have to download and install RL11.2.200 first and then the UD11.2.200.4? Or do i only download and install the UD11.2.200.4?
In the same download section there’s a PDF that has step by step instructions on upgrading. I would download and follow that.
I second the documentation,. Typically you install the full new release, and uncheck the open Admin console checkbox, then do the install for the update, and keep the open Admin console checkbox checked and add in a new app server.
Please don’t be confused either, screenshots for the current install document for 2022.2 show 2022_1 as examples, so adjust your aim. 
I am sure at some point an update to the install document will hit the downloads.
