Labor entry record does not appear in tree

We have a number of workers in the field who transmit their time to an office person for entry into Time Entry. The office person is not their supervisor, but her user account is set to be able to edit time for all employees. We also have the company configuration set to automatically approve time. She can enter time just fine, but if a mistake is made and she recalls the time entry, the entry goes from ‘approved’ to ‘entered’ (as it should). She can edit and re-submit just fine. BUT, if she recalls a record, then exits Time entry prior to re-submitting, when she returns to time entry, the record does not display in the tree on the left. I, as a security manager, can see the record as ‘entered’ but she cannot. I have checked her employee record and verified that she is a ‘shop supervisor’ and she is also a work force member. Additionally, no one can go into time approval to see and approve these un-approved entries, because we have auto-approval of time selected.

You might be able to modify the where clause it get’s it’s data from on the bpm.
