I have a manager that all of the sudden can’t see any of the labor detail records in time and expense.
He can see the labor Head records.
as System Manager I can see the labor detail records
I checked field security and there are no customizations to the labordtl table.
Any one have any bright ideas?
Do you have multiple “Payroll Classes”? If so, try adding this manager to all of them (if they aren’t already).
Check if the user is retrieving all time record types from the Actions dropdown.
Thanks! Somehow he managed to uncheck the retrieve approved records and since everything is automatically approved then he didn’t see anything!
