Unapproved Times not visible to user

I know I’m just missing something…

In Time and Expense Entry, when I call up an employee’s time I can see there Approved and Unapproved times. I have a co-work that when she goes into the same employee can only see their Approved times (even though she entered the times that are Unapproved).

What am I missing?

Make sure these are all checked.

I’d like to note that I’ve noticed a huge difference in speed of
transactions when limiting those choices. I also minimize record retrieval
to day vs the default of month. Apparently EVERY record you can see is sent
and received to/from server on transaction. Crazy!
