Make a field or row "dirty"

I think you'll need to change the field in the dataview in order to trigger
that.

I have a Method directive that sets the value of a field. However if the value is not changed by the user, tabbing out of the field does not trigger the programed action.

how can I mark the field as "changed" so that the tab out triggers the next step?
