Manually Email Purchase Order

We use a PDF Creator. Then you can print the PO to a PDF and email that from
either PO Entry or PO Tracker

That sounds like a job for Advanced Print Management. You¹d need to have
the intended destination address(es) show up on the face of the PO document.
Then you could print to the APM printer and it would do the right thing.
