I’m trying to run through a list of invoices and print them in order to send invoices to our EDI provider. Currently the only way that I know to do this is to go to each invoice one at a time and print.
I was hoping to use REST API to perform this function, but I’ve not been able to figure it out.
What’s the best way for me to print this selection of invoices?
Note that I don’t need the PDF printout. We have a BPM that will send a text file to an FTP folder and it gets picked up by our EDI provider.
Did you try the Mass Print AR Invoices?

Since you already have BPM, modify the BPM to read from UD tables like UD40 as well and update required invoices in that using DMT or Copy and Paste Insert.
Have you tried going to Actions > Group > Print Invoices?
Do you mean that your AR Invoice Group(s) for these invoices is no longer available?
- the AR Invoice group(s) have been previously posted?
- so you can only open each using the Invoice tracker?
If so you might try AR->Reports->Mass Print AR Invoices with customer as a filter.
