I am trying to use the Mass Resource Group Replace in 10.2.300.10.
At first I thought it was because my jobs were closed. I reopened the jobs but it still says no resources Replaced. I have about 6 jobs that need to be update (for now this is testing). I thought maybe I had to do Operations replace first but I get the same results.
Any suggestions
Is that supposed to work on Jobs, MOM’s or both?
As far as I’m aware it only works on MOMs.
From Help:
If it does only work on MOM’s (and not existing open Jobs), you’d have to open each job and do a Get Details.
And that would only work for Jobs whose details source was an MOM, and not a quote, or designed on the fly.
If there’s a lot of jobs and the only change would be the Resource group, consider DMT. Or a uBAQ.
Mass Resource Group Replace is only for MOMs, not jobs.
that makes sense. Now these types of parts have no MOMs
