Master Pack Context menu not showing in BAQ or dashboard

We are running 10.2.200.26

I created a BAQ/Dashboard that uses the Masterpack.Packnum

I see there is a context menu for MasterPack - however when I right click on the master pack number in my baq and/or dashboard I do not get the context menu.

Anyone seen this before?
