I’m having a bit of difficulty when it comes to the Open With relationship between Master Pack Shipment Entry and Stage Ship Confirm - both Kinetic UX screens.
The Stage Number allows for an Open With to get to Stage Ship confirm, however when it opens it displays an error.
My initial thought was that it would be something to do with the fact that the Stage Number can go to several packs, and it was creating some confusion. Because of this I set up a relationship on Context Menu Maintenance so that it was possible to Open With on the Master Pack Number. However, this still provides the same error.
Both screens do have a fair bit of customisation, and I think another likely candidate that is causing this issue is that Stage Ship Confirm has some filters we have created on it, that might be getting confused as the Open With overwrites them. However, I am unsure what the start up of a screen looks like via Open With and if I can provide the Open With information into the filter.
This is a small final hurdle to us finishing up a move to kinetic screens and masterpacks and it’d be great to jump it, if anyone has any insights
