Hello,
I have an issue on Master Pack,
we have a sales order, Sold to is customer A and ship to is Customer B with ShipToNum ‘ABC’. now, I tried to print master pack, i got ship to num record not found.
I don’t know why. do we need set up something in order to use sold to Customer A and Ship to Customer B?

Yes. First you need check that All Ship To Third Party is True on Customer A. Then you need to add an Alternate Ship To to Customer A that points to the Customer B Ship To that you want.
