Memo still on table but not attached to part

We have a custom dashboard to show Memo’s that contain a specific keyword in the description, called “Redlines”

The redlines are added on the Part under Actions → Memo, but now that they are closed and to be deleted, the redlines are not in the memo entries for the part. Any other place to find these and delete them other than some sneaky field change in a BPM as a once-off?

So just to confirm, you’re needing to delete memo’s that contain redline after a certain expiration time? You can use DMT to update/delete.
