Do the Min On-Hand, Max On-hand and Safety stock generate purchase suggestions if you are NOT using MRP?
if you generate PO Suggestions, they should still work.
In Epicor ERP, we are unusual in that we have an MRP process that generates Jobs & PO Suggestions, but we also have a separate “Generate PO Suggestions” which can be run anytime just for purchased items. In reality, Gen PO is a simplified form of MRP… it just doesnt create jobs or explode BOMs.
