Mobile Warehouse Scanning Trouble

Hello All,

We just installed the CN80 Honeywell Units and the barcode scanner will not pick up our barcodes (code93) in the EP10 Mobile Warehouse software. I run the scan demo and it picks it up there. I do not see any settings for changing within the Mobile Warehouse software. Does anyone have any experience with these handhelds? They so far do not seem user friendly to me, but that could be lack of education.

Do the CN80’s need to be configured to append a TAB to the scan?

I think probably something like that is required, but I cannot find where to do that within the mobile warehouse application.

Thank you for sending. I have not read these topics yet. Looking into it now.

We do not use code 93 internally. But I’ll try code 93 on our tablet and see if it works.

@sspiewak - I got code 93 to work. You have to enable it. Here’s how.

Thanks Chad,

I was able to follow your instructions and enable CODE93 in the EMW app, however it still will not scan our barcodes in the app. When I open a google sheets file, it will scan them no problem. Something is preventing it from scanning in the app. It seems to be a tough topic to find support on. I appreciate your help, I thought for sure that was going to solve it.
