When I pull all of the records from the SugPODtl table, I get about 3000 rows, each of which has a unique SugNum. The New PO Suggestions form only shows about 400 rows. I can’t seem to find any flag in the SugPODtl table (or related tables) that would exclude them from what is seen by the buyer in Epicor. The reason this is an issue is that I’m trying to get an accurate count of open PO suggestions.

You can get limited list due to different plant or user login who is not “authorized buyer” for a buyer assigned to a po suggestion. Could either of these be the culprit?
