anyone else running Multi-session disabled for most users and getting calls the running power tools to DMT data in is kicking them out of their default session?
That’s how it worked if they opened the classic client while the web was loaded.
It’s not unexpected.
when running the classic client and launching classic DMT you do not get kicked out… so this is a reduction in functionality ?
I assume this classic DMT is scheduled to disappear sometime soon and the problem will go away, anyone heard any whispers?
Try launching DMT directly from the exe in the folder.
DMT is a second session … I think you were talking advantage of a glitch in the matrix before 
Epicor always had issues with session management and the smart client interface. DMT has always been it’s own session, and so DMT users do require to be allowed multisession so that they don’t have to constantly log in and out of Epicor as they’re processing DMT uploads. If you are always tight with available licenses, I’d recommend just setting your most frequent DMT users to multisession ~ and ensure that they know to close their DMT session in a timely manner.
