Need to change shipto on pack slip that was printed

The invoice for the pack slip was deleted. The shipped check box was unchecked. I opened the pack slip; and set the printed flag to 0. How can i change the ship to since it was changed in the sales order.

I believe you need to re-enter the order number on the header. I haven’t tried this yet though.

You could alternatively start a new pack and re-label everything?

I actually had tried re-entering the order number hoping for a refresh of information from sales order, but no good. Would start new pack slip, but wanted to maintain PL# since item shipped 4/8.

You can remove the lines and then try it? Then add the lines back?

It actually didn’t work for me in 10.2.500 until I removed the lines from the pack.

It worked for you though without having to remove the lines?

Version 10.2.700.3 maybe that was it.
