an order that uses a part with a subcomponent that has an
unapproved bom. You run "regen" on mrp. You do not get
a job or a suggestion. They system just loses track of
the order. You will only know when a customer calls to
complain. The system will generate a suggestion if you
run "net change" however. The only problem here is that
net change has a bug that prevents it from recognizing
bom changes. This is only for subcomponents. Unapproved
revisions on top level items works correctly. This is
supposed to be fixed in v5. Apparently will not be
fixed for v4.
