[off topic] Customer Pay to have phone support

Hi Gang,

Does anyone have in place where a customer pays for phone support.

What are thinking to do is; when a customer calls in and they have to give a
credit card # via the phone and they are charge a one time fee or maybe be
charged per the minute (not sure yet). We want something automated - once
they give a valid credit # - then they are transferred to the service
engineer or even to our # number.

Any idea's?
