One user can't access customer search 10.0.700.4

Yeah something is screwed up in his workforce profile.  When I go to the Person/Contact, there are 3 records for him and I get the same result no matter which one I select but if I make him an authorized user under himself then everything works.

Try checking his workforce profile.  I think I had a similar problem when they weren't check for view all territories/pipelines.

We have one user that recently lost access to customer search.  When he clicks search the list is blank and if he enters an existing customer number it asks if he wants to create a new customer.  I tried changing customer type, territory, include no contact and include all records with no luck.  Same thing happens for quote search but part search and order search work fine.

Security is set through groups and everyone else in his group can access it fine.  I also tried removing the company from his user security and add it back but no luck.  I tried it on multiple computers and it is definitely user related not computer related.  Any ideas?

Use Customization Maintenance and delete all his personalizations.  I would also delete the cache files and see it that helpts.  If that doesn't work you may have to recreate his account.
