Op Detail not showing on Traveler

I just remembered.....There is a patch for CR (Crystal Decisions Database and Export Patch.exe) that has a definite affect on just this issue. If that patch was not installed on your test server it would definitely impact detail lines. Sorry, I forgot all about this for earlier reply. The patch is available for download at EpicWeb. I have another patch I had downloaded too called CR85main0902_EN.exe but I think that addressed other issues.

Todd, I checked the dbf files, and all the data is there - so that must mean
it is a CR issue. I'm checking the versions of the dll files, but I don't
believe that should be the problem because I already copied all the dll's
from by live server to the test server - that was my first thought as to the
cause of the problem. Not sure where to go from here - always something
different and challenging to work on.

We moved to 543 with the new server and have not noticed any issues with the
traveler. I did have to re-verify the DB (actually the temp DBF files in
the work folder) after previewing within Vantage. Have you checked the DBF
files to see if it is an "export" issue versus the CR report itself?
Opening them with Excel (or other spreadsheet) often isolates the issue to
one or the other cause.

We're operating on 6.1 patch 540, but I decided to install patch 543 on a
test server over the weekend to check for problems before installing the
patch on the live Db. I didn't notice any problems until printing my new
version of the Job Traveler. The traveler only printed the Operation
Details on Assembly level 0, - no op details on any other assembly level.
Print previewing the traveler with Crystal Reports had the same problem.
Changing the default Traveler to the original had the same problem.
Unfortunately don't have a backup on the test server to go back to patch
540, but I ran patch 540 over patch 543 - still have problem.

Any ideas, - any body have any problems with Patch 543 on 6.1?
