Which is still an issue on 9.04.504B. I don't think there's a fix in 506 or Support would have mentioned it to us.

We're on 408B, and we have been having problems lately with job operations not completing. The labor transactions have the "operation complete" box checked, but on the job itself the operation is still showing up as not completed.

Anybody else having this issue?

We are on 405a and have had this issue too. I spoke with epicor regarding
and development has no solution yet.

There are two boolean fields set to true for on op to be 'completely' complete. I'm going from memory but I seem to recall one is in jobopdtl and the other in the jobopr table.

Labor reporting (particularly thru MES) often doesn't set both to true. If any labor qty was reported nonconforming (or scrap) this typically results in the behavior you describe (at least on versions 303 thru 405a that we piloted and, 404 - 405a have been live on).

I get the non-conforming (as that triggers an OP inspection & even if passed, nothing going thru inspection seems to fully update op status of both flags - VERY annoying if you have methods laced w/ subcontract OPs w/ inspection rq'd linked subcontract POs).

Sounds like the behavior still exists in 408b.

We've trained our people (whether they use MES Start/End Activity or full license Labor Entry) to chk both status boxes when OP is complete & that resolved all but the subcontract OP issues about 95pct of the time.

I'm sure a BPM could bullet proof it for you.

Job completion process reveals the stragglers well enough for us.
