OT - Alternative to WinAT - buzzers

I also asked about buzzers awhile ago. The following response was very

The software that comes with allows you to program multiple levels and

You can write some .bat programs to trigger at different times. That is
one
way I can think of.

Being as we have talked about time buzzers on this list, I'm hoping
somebody
can help me out here.

I use WinAT to run the program that causes our time buzzer to sound. The
problem is that we've just gone to split shifts and the list of times we
need the buzzer to sound has gone past the 32 event limit of WinAT.

So, I need is a way to set the system to execute a given program at a
given
time, but it has to handle more than 32 events. Any suggestions?
