Check out Drive Image 7 by Symantec.

I'm not positive about handling servers, but it might do the trick
and it's cheap.

I'm looking for a DVD backup solution for a W2K server. Can anyone
recommend a software backup package for DVD media that will run
unattended AND run as an NT Service?
