Other Languages

We went one further with this.

We created formulas for our titles on our forms which looked at the
Customer.LangNameID (or whatever its called). When we press print we have one
print option and crystal does the rest.

for example if the customer is French, crystal sees this on the Custom table and
outputs the form titls in Crystal in French.

If its of any interest let me know and I will send an example.

Which forms in particular?

We have done it with all customer facing forms so far.

It really depends. Is the current language of your current forms in
Canadian? If so, you'll first have to export to English or French, then
to Spanish and then into Mexican. :-) Sorry, couldn't resist.

What you can do is simply create another report style of the forms you
want in Spanish and have someone help you with the text they wish to
see. Then upon printing an Invoice, for example, by default the
"Canadian" style is selected. At this point the user can choose the
Mexican style instead if applicable.

Hi Everyone,
(Using E9.506c)Has anyone setup their Crystal forms (invoices, shippers,
etc.) in Mexican? We are looking at adding a few for our Mexican office.
Apparently we don't need the language module just the forms.
