Based on the lack of development, I am assuming most Epicor customers are using an outside source for Payroll. Any recommendations?
Last week I helped support rewrite the instructions for setting up withholding for employees who used the new W4 after seeing that a couple employees had way too much withheld. This seems like something development should have tackled in the last year since the IRS released the changes.
After going live with Open4, we switched to Paycor.
We’ve been happier with Paycor.
I only know the history. I’m not in HR, so I can’t give you details.

I know HCM is not getting any love at Epicor.
We have used ADP, Ceridian/Dayforce, Kronos. Then just had Epicor send punch details to those services. I think they have alot more flexibility, like accruals etc…
Thanks for the feedback. I will pass along to HR and let them dig into it. Sure would be nice to get past some of the manual processes that are needed.
