If you look in your system monitor, under history, are your process “Complete” or “Error”?

That is what has been throwing me through a loop, all are COMPLETE, but, they run instantly. before the update it would take a minute or 2 to actually complete.

Yeah, that is weird. It shouldn’t be doing that. Check your task agent and make sure it’s configured properly.

That was it! We had some old settings that hung around when we pushed the update. Got those updated, and it went through just fine.
