PPP GL entry created for unknown reasons

We upgraded to 10.2.300 form 10.1.400 on 12/15. And the first time that Capt COS/WIP process was run, it decided to create a Periodic Posting Process with entries related to 3 invoices that were all posted over a year ago.

Here’s some info:

  • All three were pasted long ago (two in May-2018, and one in Jan-2019)
  • All three of the invoices are Cancellation type.
  • The details of the PPP created on 12/18 don’t match up with anything in the PPP created when the cancellation invoice was originally posted.

It turns out the the details of the PPP GL entry are the components of a Sales Kit that was on the original invoice.
