My suggestion... Set her up with her own appserver. It isn't that
difficult to do and may fix things.

Subject: [Vantage] Printing Issue V8.03.408a on WinXP
We have a user that kicks off multiple job traveler prints one after the
other - she has done this same process for 3 years but since last week
is having problems where only some of the reports print, then she gets
"System error has occurred! Run in preview mode for details" as the
report status in the system monitor for a bunch of them. She will close
out of Epicor, go back in and a few more pages will print. She then has
to go back and figure out which ones actually did print and reprint the
ones that didn't.
As she is printing the reports they aren't showing up in scheduled tasks
or active tasks in the system monitor. We can't see anything going in or
out of the network print queue. The report hasn't changed in a year,
we're on the same server, same 8.03.408A SQL as before.
I cleared all her files out of her report directory. She doesn't have
any personalizations.
We had someone else log into her PC (she has 2600 reports in system
monitor history), no difference. We put her on a different pc - same
issue. Epicor support sent us documentation to give her her own app
server but I don't want to go that route.
Any body else run accross this?
