Problem Printing Barcodes on Job Traveler

We use terminal server NT, not windows 2000. We don't have any problems
with Barcodes printing.
I've found an interesting problem.

I'm testing Vantage v5 in my lab. I've got Vantage installed on an NT 4.0
machine, and I've got a Windows 2000 Server with Terminal Services and
Citrix 1.8 (for Win2K) I'm testing for client connections. I just happened
to print a Job Traveler this morning and found the barcodes don't print
correctly. On each Job Traveler the Job# and Rev. are messed up, but the
assembly# and Mfg Part# print fine. The Sequence # and Part Number in the
raw materials section are messed up too. All I get is a series of bars with
a 1/4 inch space between them.

I branched out and tested all versions of Vantage - v3, v4, v5 - and got the
same result. The report prints fine from different clients. (I tested Win
95, NT, 2K Pro.) The problem is just when I print from the Win2k Server.

Has anybody seen this, or better yet, found a fix for it?

Any help would be appreciated.

Is Dataworks Bar39 font loaded on the server? I have had several plain PC
clients have the same issue until the font was installed. Since you are
terminal serving the font would come from the server (I think). Just a
guess.

Yes it is. I noticed that the file date on the problem server was newer than
on my production server. I replaced the font on the problem server with the
one from my production server, and still have the same problem.

Tom

Is anybody else using Windows 2000 Server with terminal services for remote
clients to connect to your database?
