Terminal Server Printing Problems

I'm going to make the assumption that you aren't using Citrix with their Universal Printer Driver on MetaFrame XP (works great by the way!).

I don't have a specific solution but do remember seeing in Microsoft Windows 2000 knowledge base several documents related to printing for Terminal Services.

Hope this points you in the right direction...

We had the same problem. We found Terminal Services 2000 server a little flakey when it came to printing. We
made the move to Windows 2003 with the new Terminal Server Client. Our printing work like a champ.

Good afternoon all.

I've got an interesting problem that I hope some of you may have come across
before. We're currently using a Windows 2k server for terminal server
access to Vantage v6 from a remote site. The connection isn't the problem
and things seem to work great until users try to print. We're currently
unable to print any help and I've just discovered that and progress reports
like the cheque register won't print and once you've tried to print it
nothing else will print until you log out of terminal server. This is the
case for both remote TS users and local ones. So far Epicor and our OS
support have drawn a blank so I'm hoping one of you windows experts might
have a few ideas.
