No kidding, I had a huge issue with TFOrdDtl 11 months ago and now I see what you mean - I am not alone there!
So, I have a whole write-up on the site here about this… BUT - I can’t get to it since I am not a “Regular” at the moment. 
But the solution is to get into SSMS and “force a good plan” from the query store.
That was gibberish to me until a walkthrough from a great Epicor consultant (they do exist).
