Product Configurator is Single Company/Multi-Plant Environment

Did you define the rules for the alternate method? The alternate method doesn't inherit the rules as the rules can be different and operations/resources are for the other plant. In the designer you pick the alternate method during the rule definition, then you have to apply rules to the alternate method.

Hi All,

We have a part with a revision that is designated to one of our plants.

We created a configurator for this rev and everything works fine in the
plant for which is designated on the revision.

We went to test it in our other plant but when we went to do a "Get
Details", we noticed that we couldn't see the revision in the other
plant. As a "fix" we created an alternate method and designated that for
the second plant. We now see the alternate method but the method rules
defined in the configurator are not being processed against the
alternate method.

The alternate method is a duplicate of the "base" method.

Am I missing something?
