Epicor 9.05.701
When i open Production Planner Process in Job Management / General Ops and click “submit”…it sits in “scheduled tasks” and doesn’t seem to do anything?..
Am i missing something here?

Do you have other items stuck in scheduled tasks? Your image is cut off, you don’t have a schedule set?
sorry for the late reply, i’ve asked my colleague to disable or delete all of the scheduled items in system agent…and re-run it on the front end to see if that works.
