I use project entry to for internal project (no need for revenue recognition). I am looking for method that drives the cost to different GL accounts. The purchase can be for an asset part that can turn in asset module, an expensed asset (fully depreciated at purchase), building maintenance (this internal project potentially need a change in the building), other miscellaneous expenses go to another expense account. The goal is to give project manager visibility all POs and costs associated to this internal project and yet the costs drive to different places in accounting book without journal entry and also utilize asset module.
