Quantity cannot be decreased below the reserved or allocated qua

>>Fullfillment Workbench - allocated, reserved
Thanks that did the trick.

Hi,

Anyone seen this error in Sales Order entry before?

"Quantity cannot be decreased below the reserved or allocated quantity".

E9.05.702A - Sales Order entry

When trying to change a line Qty from 12 to 9.

The Sales Order line has a related make-to-order Job.

Thanks in advance

In sales order entry. click actions then reserve / allocate.

this brings up the fulfillment wb.

select your order then click actions > unallocated and unreserved

This will typically clear the issue. If not then close the releases, lines and order and reopen them
