Good Day everyone
We are trying to change the quantity on a sales order that was at 20,000 pcs down to 16,000 pcs. When trying to make the adjustments in sales order entry it comes up with a Error Stating " Quantity of this release cannot be decreased below the reserved or allocated quantity"
as seen in this picture if you can see it. in fulfillment workbench it show 20,000 in the reserved column , 20,000 in the fullfilled column. any thoughts on how to fix this???
