Over time our Server File Download application (we are a cloud-based customer) has become full of unnecessary log files. How would I go about deleting these files so I have less to sort through each time I need to download a log file?

I think you have to request support to remove files on the server if you are cloud.
Filing a ticket with Support is the easiest way. If you want to get into the weeds, you might try the FileTranserSvc REST endpoint.
