Yes, I just ran into this earlier this week.
The user should check “Return all rows†if this doesn’t work you can force the issue by:
Change the C:\program files\epicor software\epicor905\client\config\default.mfgsys
<DefaultSearchPageSize value="10000" />
Change the value from 100 to 10000 which basically tells the search screen to bring back all records.
Kind of a power user setting which may make weak search criteria run slower while all records are returned.
I have found it is much better just to return all rows if you know what you’re doing.

Subject: [Vantage] Quick search window not pulling in all of the results
We're on 9.05.702.
Trying to create a quick search for the first time, and we're having troubles pulling in the search results. The default setting is to return the first 100 results, but it will only return 50. When I click on the button to return the next 100 results it only pulls an additional 25, giving me 75 results. Then when I click it again to return the next 100 results it only selects the next 13, giving me 88 total results. The next time I get 6 additional results, for 94 total. The next time I get 3 additional, for 97. It does this until I get to 100 total results, and won't add any additional results after that. If I change the options setting to return the first 200 results, it will only return 100. Something is not working correctly. If we select the return all rows option, it does return all of the query results, so that's what we& #39;ve been doing. Has anyone else run into this?
I have a version 10 test environment, and I've recreated my search there with no issues, so I think my query is ok.
