In your MES config file set your <DefaultSearchPageSize value="10000" />Â or
higher number

We're on 8 & this works on some search windows.
1. Hit search
2. Click options
3. Check return all rows & OK.
4. Right click within search window & if it offer a save settings option, do it.

That's a personalization so it would need to be done for all appropriate users.

You can try it in developer mode & see if at step 4 you can save it as a
customization & make it active for all users.

Last gasp method: Write a BAQ mimicing the job op search & set all fields to be
usable in searches. When in the search window, create a named search based on
the BAQ & make it the default. (Unfortunately - This to is personalization &
must be done for each user.)

Sure hope someone on 9 knows a better way (because this stuff stinks on 8 to
manage).

In the .mfgsys config file you're using for that icon set the
DefaultSearchPageSize to 0 I think if you want to return all rows.
