QuickShip 5.2.1 Phantom Pack

Anyone else using Phantom Pack? When we freight in 5.2.1 with phantom pack it accumulates the weights on the primary then assigns them to the individual containers.

Example I ship 3 cases weighing 15lbs 20lbs and 10lbs. Manifest will create 3 labels, as it should, and freight with the following weights on each container 45lbs, 20lbs, and 10lbs. No bueno costs end up way over stated.

Epicor is looking into this, sounded like the support tech was as surprised as I am at the behaviour lol!

We are 5.0.0.9137 and do a lot of phantoms. I just did a spot check and all of mine show the right weight in Quick Ship. I assume the labels did also. We don’t enter any weight on the header only a box size and then enter weights on the phantom cases. I have a dev instance of QS, I will try to get the latest and do an upgrade this week to see if this a new issue.

When coming from 3x (at least in my case) you must update the weight calculation type on the workstation to manual if you are not using a scale
