Quote or sell and unapproved Rev

Cool I think that would work perfect.. i just need to make sure there
never more than one approved Rev.

I tried creating a BPM under Pre-Processing using condition

(the QuoteDtl.RevisionNum field of the changed row is equal to the ?
expression)

then show informational message under action

I get nothing

But when I remove the Condition the action message appears. Do I have
the Condition right?

I am using the latest version of build 701. I wanted to see if I can stop sales from sell or quoting an unapproved revision with no success. Wondering if there was something in the system I am missing. I wish that unapproved rev cant not be sold

You will need to write a BPM to do this, there are no inherent settings that you can check for this

If the part is rev controlled and the rev is unapproved, the rev field will be blank when the order is created. You can write a BPM that will not allow the order line to be created if the rev field is blank.
