I’ve just had the second issue that requires ECM to Re-Index their documents. I’m confused as to why this type of maintenance doesn’t happen regularly, or if we are just the only ones that this happens too. We are starting to use the system more than we have in the past, but still seems like an odd issue to have for a system that should be fairly mature. Has anyone else had issues with that?

In a earlier version before we upgraded to Solr 8 we had to reindex so often I showed the AP ECM trainer how to do it, but I just asked and she said it has been long time since she has had to. it.
