One user has an issue about the recent forms on the menus disappear from time to time. Any ideas? Thank you.
Which version of Epicor ERP is your company on?
We’re on ERP 10.500.23.
We have experienced this on version 10.1.400.25 and 10.1.600.18 as well. Epicor said it was resolved in 10.1.500, but it has happened again. Only one or two users have experienced this.
I do not have a solution for you, but I suspect something with the cache on the roaming profile somehow doesn’t get copied or have access. I haven’t confirmed this yet, just a hunch.

We use rdp. Two RDS servers that access 2 application servers that run the software.
Do all of the devices using the RDP have a dedicated windows account?
Yes they do. We use active directory to incorporate single sign on as well.
