Record has been modified by another user and couldn't be updated

I did have and still have the problem. It really doesnt bother me but it can be time consuming to updatge constantly a table. I asked Tech Support why this was happening and it was that we had a BPM fired against that BO and caused these Updates. Unable those BPMs will do the trick but if you really need them maybe a VB code will work.

Anyone ever get this message?

Record has been modified by another user and couldn't be updated. Please press the Refresh button and re-enter your changes.

Normally, doing what the message fixes the issue, but in one of my customizations, this message keeps coming up and wont go away until the form is closed and then re-opened and the record then reloaded.

Thanks,
Kunal

This seems to have helped:

Application.DoEvents()

If anyone has an alternate way, I would love to hear about it.

Thanks,
Kunal

I have seen this error - in the past in Service Connect...And currently
now and then in Sales Orders. What I find is that it seems like you can
only make one change at a time, and you need to save between...For
example in Sales Order Releases - if you want to change the qty and
date, you need to save between. I am thinking it is due to the tracking
changes - but I am not sure.

Have the user (or Service Connect) try to see if it happens if they save
between each field that is changed...
