This was actually my first question to the production guys over here. But apparently it was for a new job so there is nothing existing made from it.
I've already recovered the template from a backup. I had it printed out from another instance of Vista which I've set up for this task, What I wanted to avoid is having it enter back in manually since it has a lot of details and it would take a while to do.
