How do you remove a dashboard? I have created a couple of dashboards that load every time I launch Epicor how do I stop them. I have deleted them from Dashboard Maintenance but they still load.

I’m having the same issue, but in a different way.
I’ve tried to delete the “Dashboard Definition” by using this process:
… but when I log out of the client and log back in, the dashboard still exists in my list of available dashboards.
Any ideas?
Just in case someone else is experiencing the same issue, I had submitted a case to Epicor to get this resolved.
Here are the general details:
My company is currently on v10.1.400.14 (whether this issue is relegated to this specific version, I don’t know).
I had Epicor Support take a look at this and they were baffled by the behavior. Even with their own intrinsic “zCustomer” test resources, they created their own dashboard and could not delete it from the dashboard list, using the “Delete Dashboard Definition” procedure (as described in the screen cap above).
After escalating the issue to level III, that technician reviewed some pertinent notes and discovered that, oddly enough, if you have configured your country code for the company on the Epicor Administration Console, it will prevent you from deleting dashboards from your list.
Here’s a depiction:
The tech did not have an explanation regarding how dashboards are tied into the country code - so, admittedly, that’s a question that I still have left unanswered.
Nevertheless, we went through and successfully deleted 3 dashboards using this “workaround”. I am calling it a workaround because I am not sure what aspects of the DB might be affected if this setting is left at “No Selection”. Because of this, we have decided to use this process for deleting dashboards, but redefining our country code back to “United States of America” after the dashboard(s) have been deleted.
Dashboard Maintenance, select the dashboard and deleted it.
