Epicor 10.0.700.2
Splitting the database and selling one of the companies.
Copied the database, mounted it, and using Epicor Admin Console to delete all companies but the one being sold.
But, this does not actually delete any data, other than ice.syscomp and probably other company-related records.
How do I completely clean a company out of a database?
Short of running through every table and doing DELETE…

I’m not sure on E10 but we deleted a Company in Vantage 8. We had to go to Admin Tools and from the Configure Company option select Edit \ Delete. When we did this though it did cause some issues that meant we had to run a Dump and Load.

Removing the companies is done in the Admin Console with Epicor 10, and the deleted company is removed from company related tables. But, unfortunately the majority of data all remains (parttran, joboper, etc).
I contacted Epicor support, and they provided me with a one-off (SCR 141481) SQL script for 10.0.
They told me to submit a ticket to support and they can send you the fix, if you’re needing it.
