I have created a lot of RB reports. There is a stange phenomena
going on that I do not understand. If I am in RB working, some of
the shop printers get a "no fonts available" error when they try and
print a report. They have to log out of Epicor and then they are
fine when they go back in. However, they end up doing this several
times a day. These shop printers are Zebra label printers and I do
have some of the Zebra drivers on my computer. I do not have to be
anywhere near the reports these computers use, it happens anytime I
have RB open. Does anyone have a solution? It seems like RB
associates my default laser printer to the reports anytime I am in
RB. The shop computers do not have the laser available so they give
out this error. Logging out of Vantage seems to change this
association.
